What makes a useful submission

Name the exact location, not a broad area. A specific address, landmark, or GPS pin is more useful than a neighbourhood or city name.

Describe what was reportedly seen, heard, or experienced. Include who reported it and when, if known. Leave conclusions to us.

News articles, books, documentary references, or first-hand accounts carry the most weight. Link or cite them in your description if you have them.
